Services include writing projects, graphic design projects and personal training and counseling (physical, spiritual and writing). All projects and clients are met on an individual basis and quoted to reflect your needs, the unique project and your economic ability to compensate me. I work with people and projects that move me. Economics have little bearing.

For samples of my personal training just look at the smile on my face and the strength in my body. in 2006 we are training for a number of triathlons, and will be doing plenty of biking, climbing, swimming, snowboarding, surfing and more. Please note, though, that I have no independent degrees or license to practice anything but the knowledge I have inside of me. Though I attended UCLA and maintained honor roll status while there, my knowledge of self and others has come from those I have touched and the openness to the messages that are right in front of us everyday.
