Untamed Sunshine
Your name is a smile I cannot suppress,
A clutching dream I cannot forget,
A life yet to be lived in loving excess,
Today’s passion above tomorrow’s regret.
You paint a sunrise so vividly for me,
In laughter and sensuous desperation,
Fantasies rising from your deep beauty,
A hunger in our bitter separation.
In raging prophesy, we dreamed our art,
Our bodies entwined in our lost desire,
Your angelic grin, my swooning heart,
Tenderness inside our blazing fire.
I have dreamed our final kindred unity,
Dancing elation in our far away life.
Stealing truth from grooming infinity,
Touching tenderly my eternal wife.
Your laughter draws me to wanting,
Tasting our passion like perfect wine,
Our vivid dream comes to awakening,
Radiance to our untamed sunshine.
