Take Hold of Me
Though weakness and trembling might,
Would dispel this torrid revelry,
You came to me inside our midnight,
Where you illuminated the dreams in me.
You shed a tear of joy and sang reflections,
Of temptations, and of anxious chastity,
You gasped in torrid and wicked revelations,
Of patience, then of clutching immediacy.
You held me with the roughest caress,
And awakened deep longing in me,
I yearned for the soul of my princess,
To become one with the prince in me.
Soon we will have our languishing dance,
And breath life to our every fantasy,
We will float on the tip of honors lance,
And find unity inside exploding into reality.
~ Bartoluciano
