Crashing Against Our Dreams
Stand upon the shore of fantasy with me,
The ocean washing away our salty sin,
Feel the cleansing of all doubts set free,
Let the tide of sheer ecstasy come in.
Lie down with me in a blanket of starfish,
Let drift away every harbored hesitation,
Plunge into this mermaid’s seaside wish,
Taste with me our saltwater salvation.
Search with me for memories to keep,
In seashells and polished moonbeams,
Mysteries of love retrieved from our deep,
Waves of passion crashing against our dreams.
