World Class Fighters Admire Nelson's Moves

Quinten "Rampage" Jackson and Jeremy Williams were both on hand to witness Aric's latest victory in October. "That was definitely the fight of the night," said Jackson after the three round decision. "We couldn't get enough!"

"The kid's got speed and can really lay down some punishment," said Williams.

Aric Wins His Last Fight Against Brazilian Jiujitsu Expert Matt Bollinger in Three Round Unanimous Decision.
In October of 2005, Aric took on Brazilian Jiujitsu expert Matt Bollinger in a no-holds-barred three round fight in Bellflower, California. The event was billed as an "amateur night," but the audience was thrilled by the clash of two first-rate fighters with very different styles. Aric's lightning strikes and punches thrilled the fans as they watched Bollinger use the finest in grappling techniques in attempting to force Nelson into submitting a number of times. Though Bollinger managed to apply more than four distinct submission holds on Nelson, he failed to keep Aric down or force him to tap out with any of them.

After repeated strikes, kicks and brutal throws, Bollinger's corner agreed with the audience - the Brazilian Jiujitsu expert couldn't take it any more punishment. While Bollinger attempted to lock down submission after submission, Nelson continued to punish him with elbow, knee and fist strikes to the head and ribs.

Though the fans in attendance yelled for an additional round to bring the fight to an undeniable conclusion, Bollinger's trainer refused to allow him to continue and the fight and it went to the judges decision.

It was unanimous - Aric was the undisputed champion.
