Investment Funds
I have been blessed with so much success and now so much demand on my time that I just can't keep up with it all myself.
So we have decided to start a couple investment funds that will allow those who help us with time and effort, or directly with financial investment, to share in this success. This way I can meet all the demands that are now being made on me, and help my friends and business associates benefit from the creative work I have been doing over the past 20 years. My current collection of poetry and songs now exceeds 700 original pieces. My fan base now numbers in the thousands and I am working with more than 15 different musical groups and 5 different recording companies to further distribute and share my work with the world.
To keep up with all the demand, we are looking for help and focusing more on managing the publishing company than trying to keep up with everything with my existing business partners. If you've got some time or know of anyone that might be interested in making some extra money on the side, we can use help in many areas, from sales representatives getting our books into retailers, to media contact work, to web help in maintenance, promotion and distribution, to development of contacts with new musicians (my songbook has almost 150 original pieces in it now), to general business assistance.
We are putting together an investment fund too that offers a great return on investment as the poetry and songs are distributed to the mass markets on which we are now focussing. See the following sections for information on how you can get involved and share in our success. Friends and Fairies Fund
In general, we are assigning 5% of our company's profits to an investment fund to be split by the people that put effort into helping us grow the company, whether through work as sales representatives, media coordinators, web developers, writing editors or a myriad of other general assistance. To qualify to be a part of this fund, you just have to put in a little effort each month assisting in a manner that you think you can best help. We ask that you contribute a minimum of 10 hours a month to qualify to receive payments from this fund. Initially, we will pay out dividends (roughly 5% of the company profits, split equally by everyone that qualifies) quarterly beginning in September (payments made around September 15th, December 15th (just in time for Christmas), March 15th and June 15th of every year). You must contribute at least 30 hours of effort each quarter to qualify (fluctuating as your time allows). You will receive direct benefit from your efforts, but also from all the efforts of everyone in the company, including my current book sales and musical developments. In addition, you may earn commissions on book sales, media contacts that result in sales and other profitable contacts each and every month (see the Sales Department and the Please Help sections for more information). Investment Fund
We are currently seeking investment capital to finance the next big push in marketing and advertising. As of June 2005, we are seeking a minimum of $20,000 to finance additional operations, hire professional publicity representatives and support advertising efforts during the coming months. We are offering company stock, a significant return on investment and ongoing investment opportunities in exchange for this financing.
